My style and interests are going way back to my youth as well, but mostly formed about six-seven years ago when I start alternative and retro / pin-up modeling (I also did some conventional modeling when I was younger).

Since I was kid I spent a lot of time with my grandparents; tailors and clothing designers.

So my love for vintage began...I was looking forward to grow up, wear high heels, feminine pencil skirts, red lipstick and since my childhood I wanted to look like a femme fatale, my personal taste in rockabilly / psychobilly / rock 'n' roll music and subcultures also affected my style.

Why the nick name Greta MaCabre?

Greta sounds a bit delicate feminine and powerful like 30's and 40's old Hollywood icons; Lucille Ball, Ava Gardner, Marlene Dietrich, Rita Hayworth... and the macabre is actually a remnant of my love for psychobilly and horrorpunk culture, zombies, vampires and similar "wonderful" creatures.

My first association with dark beauty of my teenage idols - Vampira, Morticia, Lily Munster, Lucy Westerna, Elsa Lanchester even modern pin up diva and my fav pin-up lady Dita Von Teese. Hitchcock's cold blondes and actresses, film noir, but also old Dracula movies and Frankie, Cabinet of Doctor Caligari, Metropolis, psychobilly culture, style and music are my term for word macabre. For me macabre "sounds" like Screamin 'Jay Hawkins.
